Overview

AMG is partnering with a boutique law firm in the Pacific Northwest to hire a Litigation Associate Attorney. This attorney will support a busy litigation practice handling a range of civil matters, including real estate, construction, and business disputes. The role focuses on motion practice, legal research, discovery, document review, and case preparation under the supervision of the firm's lead litigator.

Position Details

• Seattle, Bellevue, or surrounding areas north of Seattle (Remote)
• $60-$100/hour, depending on experience

Responsibilities

• Draft motions, pleadings, briefs, and other litigation documents
• Conduct legal research and analysis
• Review and organize documents for litigation matters
• Assist with discovery and document production
• Prepare court filings and manage deadlines
• Support matters through all phases of litigation
• Attend occasional court appearances as required

Qualifications

• Active Washington State Bar membership
• 1-3 years of litigation experience preferred
• Experience drafting motions, pleadings, and discovery documents
• Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Reside in the Seattle/Bellevue area or within reasonable distance for occasional court appearances
